The goal of the video installation is to deconstruct and reconstruct the creative process, showing the possibility of creating a new narrative by emphasizing the consequences of climate change. These new visions occur through the personification of climate change, including the melting of glaciers and desertification, through two different textile production techniques and the inclusion of special effects in the video, where data on these changes are translated into visual elements. The video installation has been awarded with the Swiss Design Awards 2023 in the category Fashion & Textile and presented during the Milan Design Week at the House of Switzerland in collaboration with the Istituto Svizzero and at the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven. It also includes melt & dye workshops in which the participants are able to dye textiles and their own clothing by melting ice sculptures containing textile dye.
